How to Become A Member of the AIA
Click on the "Member Categories" link at right for information on the type of membership best suited to your capabilities and needs. Where the member category includes one, use the link to the pre-formated applications which include 2015 Dues information.
Complete the Membership Application; the "Chapter Assignment" has already been filled in with "AIA Mid-Missouri" as the local AIA Chapter. If you are unsure whether you currently reside in the AIA Mid-Missouri Chapter area, you may refer to our Chapter map indicating the counties that fall within our Chapter area.
Mail the Membership Application along with the local, state, and national dues and proof
of licensure (if applicable) to the national office:

Email a copy of the Membership Application to the AIA Mid-Missouri Executive Secretary. Further questions can be directed to the same address.
The following table shows a current listing of the local, state, and national dues for the beginning of the year (2018). National, State and Local rates are prorated quarterly. The current rate will be displayed on the Membership Application (linked in Member Categories)

IN ADDITION, AIA Mid-Missouri wants to encourage more young architects to join AIA. The chapter now offers a scholarship toward membership dues for interns or newly licensed architects. Both new and current members are eligible to apply. More information can be found on the membership scholarship application itself.
